05/15/2013:  Early payment of registration fee via E-banking, wire transfer or remittance is now closed due to accounting requirement. Instead, please pay the registration fee upon on-site registration if you have not done so. However, early registration, i.e., sending in the registration form and indicating on-site payment preference, is still encouraged.

05/08/2013: Registration is ongoing. Please register and book your hotel as early as possible. Due to the limited availability, rooms at Nanlin Hotel cannot be guaranteed for on-site registration.

05/05/2013: A note for ORAL and POSTER presentations has been sent to all authors via email. Please be reminded that for Invited Lectures, the presentation time is 15 min, followed by 5 min Q&A. For Free Talks, the scheduled time is 7 min, followed by 2 min Q&A. The conference will apply presentation time control so please strictly follow this schedule. For POSTER presentations, the poster should be prepared using a standard size of 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). Click to download the note

04/25/2013: The abstract review process has finished. All abstracts were subjected to the judge of no less than three reviewers and papers for oral presentations were selected accordingly.

04/20/2013: Domestic abstract submission is now closed. All abstracts have been sent out for review. Decisions will be announced on April 25th.

04/01/2013: Registration is open now. Please register and book hotel before April 30th to be entitled for early registration fee.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

The Inaugural International Chinese Musculoskeletal Research Society (ICMRS) -American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR) International Chinese Musculoskeletal Research Conference (ICMRC2013) will be held May 21-23, 2013 in Suzhou, China. ICMRC2013 is jointly organized by ICMRS, ASBMR, and The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.

The theme for ICMRC2013 is "Frontiers in Biology, Pathology, and Engineering of the Musculoskeletal Systems", recognizing the outstanding contributions that international researchers have made to the field of musculoskeletal medicine. It will cover topics including but not limited to bone metabolism and osteoporosis, muscle and bone, spine, biomaterials and implants, musculoskeletal tissue repair, cartilage metabolism and osteoarthritis, tendon and ligament, stem cells and tissue engineering, biomechanics and mechanobiology, and bone tumors.

On behalf of the organizing and program committees, we would like to invite you to attend the exciting ICMRC2013. We look forward to seeing you soon in Suzhou.
