个人介绍:

2014至2022年,于德国精英大学——德累斯顿工业大学获得博士学位,并在德国一流的生物医学与生物医用高分子材料研究团队从事博士后研究,师从欧洲知名生物材料专家Yixin Zhang教授与德国工程院院士Carsten Werner教授。近年来,研究工作始终围绕“骨疾病治疗机制探索—ECM微环境调控—骨组织修复应用”这一关键科学问题展开。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Nature Communications、Advanced Science、Biomaterials、Journal of Controlled Release等国际高水平SCI期刊发表论文30篇。

2022年7月回国后,主持多项国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金,以及国家级、江苏省及苏州市人才项目。已获授权国内专利10项,美国及欧洲国际专利3项。相关研究成果成功实现产业转化,曾获德国联邦教研部科研转化孵化计划“EXIST-Forschungstransfer”资助(资助金额200万欧元),并于2019年在德国注册成立生物科技公司“denovoMATRIX”,其产品已投入市场,为多家医药及干细胞公司提供安全、稳定、高效的干细胞扩增与定向分化基质表面产品。

目前,研究重点聚焦于“细胞外基质调控肌肉—骨骼系统难愈性损伤再生修复机制”,深入探索细胞外基质通过调控线粒体能量代谢、免疫微环境及细胞内外氧化还原平衡等途径促进组织再生的分子机制,为肌肉—骨骼损伤修复提供新靶点。相关成果已在苏州实现产业转化,推动创新型生物材料与医疗器械的“产学研医教”协同创新,为运动系统组织再生与器官制造领域提供新思路与技术路径。2023年1月,在苏州工业园区BioBay共同创办先觉新材料科技有限公司(https://xjmatrix.com/),注册资本1000万元人民币,担任公司共同创始人兼技术负责人,专注于创新型生物材料与医疗器械的研发与转化。
